TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. ORGANISER

The promotional game is organised by PRODUCTA VIGNOBLES, a French public limited company (SA) with a capital of €1,600,912, registered in the Bordeaux Trade and Companies Register under number 380 940 692, with its head office at 13 avenue de la Résistance, 33310 Lormont Cedex, France.

2. DURATION

The game runs from December 1st, 2025, to May 31st, 2026, inclusive.

3. ELIGIBILITY

This promotional game is open to all individuals who:

  • Are aged 18 or over at the time of participation,
  • Are residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland),
  • Purchase a bottle of Roc de Lussac wine from a participating retailer during the promotional period.

Employees of the Organiser, its partners, and anyone involved in the promotion, as well as members of their immediate families or households, are excluded from participation.

Only one prize may be awarded per household.

4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

To participate:

  1. Purchase at least one (1) bottle of Roc de Lussac wine from a participating store between 01/12/2025 and 31/05/2026.
  2. Go to the game website: www.rocdelussac-wine.com.
  3. Complete the online form, including:
    • Your full name,
    • Email address,
    • Confirmation of legal age (18+),
  4. Answer three (3) questions about the Roc de Lussac brand,
  5. Upload your proof of purchase (photo or scan of receipt clearly showing product, date, and store).
  6. Each valid receipt entitles the participant to one entry. Multiple entries are allowed, provided each is supported by a unique proof of purchase.

    5. PRIZE

    There is one prize to be won:
    A 3-day, 2-night trip for two people to Saint-Émilion, France, including:

    • Round-trip transportation from the United Kingdom,
    • Accommodation for two nights,
    • Breakfast for two mornings
    • A curated wine discovery experience at the Roc de Lussac vineyard.

    The prize is valid outside French school holidays, subject to availability.

    The total estimated value is €2,000.

    The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

    No cash alternative will be offered.

    6. DRAW & WINNER NOTIFICATION

    The random draw will take place on June 15th, 2026, from all valid entries received.

    The winner will be contacted by email within 15 days following the draw (i.e. by June 30th, 2026).

    The winner must claim the prize by replying to the notification email within 15 days. After this period, the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner.

    7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    The Organiser reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entries and disqualify any participant who does not comply with these terms.

    The Organiser accepts no responsibility for:

    • Incomplete or inaccurate entries,
    • Technical failures or website errors,
    • Delays in postal or electronic communications.

    The Organiser may cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

    8. PERSONAL DATA & PRIVACY

    The participant’s personal data will be collected solely for the purpose of this promotion and processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and applicable data protection laws.

    Data controller: Agence Léonard, acting on behalf of Producta Vignobles.

    The following data will be collected: full name, email, date of birth (confirmation of age), and purchase proof. This data will be securely stored and only used for:

    • Administering the game,
    • Contacting the winner,
    • If consent is given, sending marketing communications.

    Participants will have the option to opt-in for future communications from Roc de Lussac and its partners.

    9. ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES

    Participation in this promotional game implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions.
